I feel like I am stuck, I've been trying to loose a couple pounds (I am 160 and most of it in my belly). I follow a jogging session 3xweek , used to eat super well (low carbs ect) for the past 5 weeks at leat = no results , i lost all my motivation last week and been eating like a pig
help!!
but i am not going to let go of my goal to loose at leat 15 -20 pounds , so this is it this site is yet anoter atempt , and I am really proud of getting back on track. I guess monitoring food and workout will help me out.
about the belly fat, someone knows how to get rid of it ? I heard sugar is a factor
