Not weighing today

I'm not weighing myself today. I'm extremely bloated and you women know why. I'll keep counting calories and exercising and next week I'll have good results. I thought..(notice I said the word thought) I did pretty well over the weekend but the calories really racked up. I can see what changes I need to keep making. Low fat dressing, is one of the first things on the list, and more fruit and veggies. Changes to make that will affect my life and make me healthy.
