I am furious!
In 21 days I haven't lost 10lbs....or 5!!! I'm so upset about myself. So, I'm going to do something to help get me focused. I'm going to sit in the middle of my living room and meditate/talk to myself. I'm going to listen to my body and see what I can do for it.
I am not going to end up 300lb or 260 again *shudders.*
I will be 10-15lbs lighter by the end of May!
