Ah! How exciting! It's taking three weeks but I've lost almost 2 pounds! I think I found what I need to do. Now, to just stick to it for the rest of my life!

30.0 and up = Obese
25.0-29.9 = Overweight
18.5-24.9 = Healthy
18.5 and lower = Underweight
Goal for Next Week:
