I've really been keeping track for a little over 2 weeks. I've been doing pretty well at getting in some form of exercise every day. I try to do either Gilad or Wai LanaYoga in the early morning, then something else in the day for at least 30 minutes. I walk with friends 3 time a week, have dance on Wed. and if I don't do one of those, I use my exercise bike.
I know this will work.
