The Final Countdown

They say....surround yourself with positive people.  I think part of my problem lately is that most of my co-workers are toxic.  Very negative, they bring problems on themselves with their attitude and then that attitude ooozes from their pores and infects me and everyone else around them.  It is a vicious circle.  Heading off to work today feeling tired but hopeful that by recognizing this, I can make concious choices to seek out positivity today, but first......I need Caffeine!
