Staying with it

I'm in so much pain and I keep taking my pain pills and then I stop because I hate pills and I don't want them to become the reason for me to make it though the day. I am staying with my healthy way of eating and living. I will lose my weight no matter what any one has to say about it. I love wearing my size 14, but when I got to a size 12 that was it for me I never wanted to wear a 10 and I was headed there before the pain got really bad and I could walk or workout like I use to. I may not be able to walk or workout like that any more but there are other things that I do. I bought those toning shoes and when I have to run errands I put them on and they do work, at least for me. I run in place when I'm washing dishes and when I'm doing my house work I make the best of it and I try to watch everything that I put in my mouth. I have found the reason why I eat and now when I feel like eating I drink water or eat fruit or a bowl of cheerios something that is not going to add to many pounds, but fill me up. I'm going to stay with it.
