I've realized why it was so hard for me now...

I started this lifestyle change the same month as last year when my life came crashing down. Literally the worst month and the second worst week in my life. Lots of death and disease and legal trouble. It caused me to drop most of my classes and get a D in the only one left, I still haven't recoverd from it and its basically caused me to loose three semesters in school. I honestly didn't even realise that time had come around again because it feels like only yesterday.
So I gave myself a few days off. Now I feel like it's time to start over and move on with my life. I have a lot to look forward to, I know what I want to do with my life and I will be done with school at the end of the year. I'm going to be moving into my own appartment soon (that should help with weightloss too because my family is a bad influence on me!). Plus, I WILL STICK TO MY DIET and I WILL BE SO SMOKING HOT by my birthday :D
I guess my question to you guys today, is how do you deal with stress and/or depression?
