Ok, so another reason that Tony and I decided to start this Healthy Lystyle Change is because of Maleah, our daughter. At this point she weighs in at 151.
So we keep track of her stuff on this site as well. It helps us figure out where she is.
Yesterday, all I did was put away about 5 loads of laundry. No exercise other than that. :( Oh well...
