ouch, slipped up!

So my hubby was off of work for 4 days and we ate like kings and queens for those days. Yeah it was good food but I had way too many calories! It is amazing how many calories are in cheese and crackers and then while hanging out with friends i had 5 smirnoffs! Dinner was pretty good pork chops, asparagus and mushroom caps with onions and cheese in them. But this was just in the evening. So now I am trying to get back on track and get back in the swing of things. I did stay pretty busy during the days that he was home. We did lots of yard work and I did walk 3 miles on monday. Well so far today I have had 350 calories and feel a little sore and sleepy but like I said it will just be getting my body back on track. The last thing I want is to gain a size! By the way thank you to everyone for being such a wonderful support team.
