Day 1 - Workout

Well, let me start by saying that my husband thinks I need to do more working out. He does not think that walking is a good workout. However, for someone that has not exercised in years, I think it is a good start.
My plans are that I will work the lower body one day, upper the next, and on the third a total body workout. Then start all over again. In the next few weeks, I expect to increase the workouts but time will tell. I am sure that they will get more intense when we get the home gym, which will probably be the beginning of June. Therefore, I will have to be ready to do more intense workouts.
