This whole exercise thing....

Ok, I can walk all day long, give me a bottle of water and some good music, and I am good! But actual exercise? What?!
I was only able to do 25 of the kneeling push ups, KNEELING! I walked 3 miles today in hot humid weather, came home fed my toddler, put her down for a nap, tried to do some strength training. I just want stop jiggling when I walk! I am counting calories, and doing so good at watching my carbs compared to what I used to do! But I can't do crunches, push ups, or squats to save my life!
