Wow - I forgot to blog yesterday.
Anyway, I'm down to 170.5, from a high of 182 in March. Go me! I've been drinking a lot of water and just not feeling so hungry. I also never leave the house without a plan for what I'll be eating and/or drinking when I'm out. I already do that for the kids so it's no big deal to start doing it for me as well.
I haven't exercised much over the past 2 days - busy and tired. Today I hope to get back on the treadmill but I don't know if it'll happen. I have a lot of work to do, plus get the house ready for Shabbat and make Shabbat dinner. At least my food plan is very reasonable today so if I don't exercise I won't gain any weight.
And now, time for coffee!
