To Exercise or not to Exercise

         Yesterday I really begin to experience a sense of guilty for not exercising.  I've always felt bad about stopping my walking regimen but I knew it was necessary when I gained the extra weight.  I and my daughter was walking about 4 days a week consistently.  We were building or time and walking about 30 minutes.  Then I gain that last dreadful 10 pounds.  That weight created severe back pain, so severe that I almost couldn't walk around my house.  I was in constant pain and had to stop walking in the evening.  As of yesterday, I'd lost an astonishing  7 pounds!!!  This seven pounds has begin to bring relief to my pain.  So now I realize that I must begin to slowly incorporate the walking back into my routine.  Everytime I login onto FitClick it takes me to my home page where my exercise chart shows in the negative each day.   It also tells me that I haven't logged any exercises.  I feel bad about this but in a good motivational way.  Exercise has always been difficult for me but in changing my lifestyle, it MUST become a regular part of me.  I hope to conquer this giant in my life.  Jillian... where are you??
