I'll admit,I'm not a big blogger.Never have been but i figure I might aswell give it all a try...so here goes.

I'm Ashley,I'm 23 and at 5'9" and 218lbs I'm "Moderately Obese" as a dr so kindly put it. I have a large bust and a smaller waist with a bit of a belly pooch.you know the spot,just below your belly button that has people asking you when you're due.Am I confident? yes.Am I intellegent?yes.Am I pregant?Not a chance.Am I comfortable in my own skin? Not really.

This is the start of a long journey to lose 75lbs as quickly and healthily as possible.No boring "pilates DVD" with moves that are impossible to do in your own living room without breaking a lamp.No "living at the gym".

The plan is to eat lots of veggies and meat.
No bread or pasta.Rice is okay,
Minimize fruit consumption
Eat smaller portions
Drink more water
Allowing myself 1 day of "cheating" aslong as my total caloric intake is less than 2000 cal.
With theencouragement of my hunny,him and I will go to the gym for 2 hours 3 days a week, cycling through the equipment.
