Ok so I started going to ZUMBA 2 to 3 days a week for a hour at the end of Feb.2010. then I kicked it up to 5 days of ZUMBA and 2 days of strength training 6 weeks ago. Start weight 191 to date 184: not a big change. I've lost 12.5 inchs in these past 6 weeks. I'm feeling pretty disappointed that the pounds are not going away

. I'm working out about 6 hours a week sometimes more. 2 weeks ago I added 1-2 days of hiking for 45 min. also. I'm watching my calories around 1300-1400 a day. No junk no pop no sugary drinks. GAW what do I have to do to lose. My clothes are fitting looser and everyone says that I'm changing my fat to muscle. Who knows! But I will not give up I must look good by August for the beach!
