Hello, Welcome to my very first blog!
Today is the beginning of my quest to shed 23 pounds. The actual menu/excercise plan begins tomorrow, but in order to begin, you have to start somewhere, so this is my start. I was intially 185 pounds a year ago..I lost my job, moved to England in order to be closer to my Fiancee, and because it's scary to drive on the otherside of the road, never mind driving from the passenger seat..(I usually do this anyways but I don't have an actual steering wheel or gas/break pedals) I chose to walk everywhere, grocery store, bank, hair stylist, I shed 25 lbs without even realizing it. Since I had to come back to the states in January, I haven't really done anything other than walking a little faster than a stroll 3-4 miles 3 times a week and my eating habits while not terrible, I could probably stand to tweek the menu..my ultimate weakness is Chardonnay, sooo... I welcome any suggestions, as I am not employed, all my excersise has to be done using the great outdoors, or in home without equipment. I should also mention that most of my weight is centered tummy, hips, butt and thighs. So thank you for being a part of my beginning, I will chat again tomorrow, for now, I will have a glass of Chardonnay and strategize my new venture. TTFN ;)
