Day Two..

Good Day :)
down 1/2 a lb...it's a start..did a short 2 mile walk today..will increase the distance tomorrow. I normally do 3-5 miles..but I am increasing the intensity and will gradually increase the miles. Would like to be 10 lbs thinner and a bit firmer before I leave for England on the 8th of July. So am very dedicated to making this work. It's very encouraging to read others Blogs. Will Chat again tomorrow...TTFN
