It's been a long week at work. A lot of overeating again. I find myself slipping back into my old habits. Worked out this morning and took a 15min walk too. Friday at work was off the chain. Helped out cooking breakfast. I was on scrambled egg duty. Ate way too much bacon, can't seem to stay away from it, probably why my cholesterol is still too high. Had brownies and cake galore too. Didn't eat any real food the entire day. Had some KFC for dinner. Also find myself eating at fast food restaurants again. Had a boneless filet meal. Only ate one of the filet's last night, had the other for breafast, along with a small bowl of cereal. Still have almost 1000 calories left to eat for the day. Going out on a date tonight, feels good to know I won't have to be too strict with what I eat tonight. It's a first date. I included a new picture of me. 50lbs gone!!!!
