June 22 2010 Got back from Alaska where the cook made everything with butter and sugar, and didn't believe in vegetables everyday. Woke up at 3:00 am to head out fishing. Light until 1:00 in the morning and sun back up again at 4:00. So sleep deprivation and bad diet. Less exercise too. Got a few workouts in, but not regularly. Gained ten pounds and body is DRAGGING! Did one hour of Yoga yesterday evening and will do BURN 2 today. Glad to back home where I feed myself and make my own schedule! Will go to the grocery store tomorrow and stock up on good food.
