Woohoooooooo! OK, last night I figured out something that MIGHT be causing all my issues other than the heat. So I tested a theory and praise Jehovah! It WORKED! I have for several years now been taking benadryl at night to help me sleep. When I got put on Singulaire for actual allergies I backed off of the benadryl because the singulaire seemed to be doing the job of helping me sleep too. With the singulaire I know I sleep, but apparently not that great. Realizing last night that other than some serious heat, that was the only other thing that has really changed in the last couple of weeks....well I took it last night and I woke up with NO major pain, and not all that much moderate pain either. I ran all my payday errands and, while I am pooped, I don't feel like throwing up, I don't feel like dying, amputation has not crossed my mind...though my feet hurt (what can you expect when you ask little ole size 5 feet to carry around nearly 200 pounds). This has been a really good day. So, benadryl is definitely still my friend. And to top that off, today I checked my weight and measurements and while there is no great loss, I am back to 179, despite my lack of food and lack of movement for the last few days. Speaking of, I need to go find something for lunch.
