Obese Free Is The Way To Be!

Well I'm officially only considered 'overweight' now xD Can't believe that I've been in the obese bracket for at least a year...and dipping in and out since the start of college. I just weighted in at 169.4 after a mile run/28 min walk, so that's not exactly my weight, but I'm not overly concerned. I read that losing just 10% of what you weighed originally is a good start, and at least I've done that. My next goal is 10% of that remaining bulk. I at least feel good that I am getting into better shape, even if I'm not dropping mad weight.
It was super nasty outside today, so I reluctantly went to the gym instead of doing my workout outside...I was pleased that I could run @ 5mph instead of the previous 4.
I've been having a little bit of knee pain. I suspect it is because I've been jogging every day, instead of every other day. Going to cut back a little, and see how that works. If it doesn't improve, I suppose I will end up going to see my doc and paying $30 for him to say I should wear one of those Cho-pats.....oh well, we'll see
