Food Quantity

I'm really concerned about the amount of food I'm being prescribed to eat. I know that the calorie count is small, however, I always feel so full when I'm done eating and I don't see how this is going to help me accomplish my 10lb weight loss goal.
For example, for breakfast I used to have a banana or yogurt. Now I'm being told to eat FIVE hard boiled eggs!
I'm thinking of giving this two more weeks and if I don't feel like it's helping I might just plan my own meals and use this site for work outs.
