I have just weighed in at 183 Lbs. Losing 44 lbs. I have been strength training and working my abs. It won't be long before I reach my goal of 165 lbs. I am glad to reach a whole new level of fitness. I believe I am in better shape 25 years ago. I feel that way. I can run a 1.5 miles in 12 minutes now.
