Okay i have gained alot of weight from my birthcontrol (IUD) and i have got to shed some pounds. i have always had a bigger build, but this has just got out of hand i gained all my baby weight back. So I hope keeping up with everything on here and counting my cals. will work for me otherwise i'm going to go crazy....
