Day One

Ok, I have lost and gained weight 3 times now. My primary goal is to get healthy. I love my mother, but she is very overweight. I am very much like her physically. I don't want to be that unhealthy at her age. Today I am getting started again. I entered my calories today. OMG, how could I possibly consume so much?! I need to cut back the food but I mostly need to get active.
My best friend is a personal trainer. I expect to start working out with her 1x per week starting tomorrow.
