The first day was a real eye opener to calories. Since then this site has been so helpful to show me what the calories I am consuming. I update it at each meal and it really helps me to plan how much I can and should eat at the next meal.
So far, I have excercised every day and I am feeling really great about that. Now to keep the enthusiasm!
