GETTING STARTED

I just starting onlne blog, I have been working out since march starting with p90x . What program love it, need to start small and work my way up. In my head I'm thinking that I'm still 16 years old and my body is too. So I needed to slow things down. I am 42 and I love workout , after two months and not seeing the results I am going to admitted it was me not the program. It got me this time BUT I will be back P90x. lol , I started walking 3-4 miles 4 times a week and lost inches. work my way to a slow jog for 15 minutes. so now coming back from a cruise did not gain any pounds yea me. I join planet fitness. joining the gym was to have my daughter have somewhere to go for n her workout while she is home from college. I have given myself until december 18 (my birthday) to be tone, flat abs, weight loss of 30 lbs . keep you posted.
