Freaking Frustrated

So yesterday was great...kicked butt! Went to the gym, ate extremely well and did more cardio and crunches before bed.
Today I've done okay. I have been eating well but I have a huge headache and I am really, really tired. Not sure why I am dragging butt so much but...I am and I have no energy. I just want to sleep and am already self-sabotaging myself. WTF?
