Time On My Hands

Now that I am finally finished with traveling and classes I have time to work out!  I love it!  I go to the gym as soon as I wake up.  The best part is, my gym has so many classes that I don't have to set my alarm.  I go to class at either 8:00am, 9:15am, or 10:30am.  It's great!  Today I worked out, ran errands, and ate breakfast and it's only 10:39! 

Even though I haven't entered FITclick in a while, I have been working out A LOT.  I found out that I can workout twice a day for faster and better results.  I have noticed that through strength training I have gotten a little stronger and I decided that in two weeks I am going to take another fitness test like the one I took 6 months ago and see what it says! 

I also think that my body fat has had to have deccreased.  I can notice that my legs look and feel more toned than they did before.  I have also lost weight.  During the year I would usually weigh anywhere from 153-157.  Now, I am weighing in anywhere from 144-154.  I try not to weigh myself too much because really for me, it's not my weight that is the problem. 

My goal for this week and next is to take advantage of my free time and open schedule and continue to work out twice a day.  It will be better when Lindsey, Hilda, and Kim are more available to work out with  me because it's starting to get a little boring alone.
