The working out is fine love yoga. The hardest part for me is to remember to eat. I forget to eat 3 meals then add 2 snacks in. Breakfast is the hardest meat to remember.
So far in 2 weeks I have lost 11 lbs. I always did a workout, it is the eating part that I find very very hard. Plus I hate fruit and veggies, to me they are gross. I started to swallow them whole well holding my nose, for I don't have to teast them or chew them.
