So I was to my lowest weight a year a go at my wedding. I have gained 12-15 pounds depending on what day it was. I cannot maintain the 15 lb weight loss even if I lose it, my body doesn't like that weight. My goal is to lose 10 lbs.
I started back with running 2 weeks ago, I have made it 12 miles probably in the course of 2 weeks. My goal is 8 more miles by Friday.
I am going to keep track of my food that I eat. I know that doing that works, but I have simply refused to do it for the past year, and thus here I am. Chubby and grouchy.
