Motivation and perseverance are always going to be problems for me, mostly because of my penchant for procrastination. I really had to force myself to do cardio last night, and still wimped out after 20 minutes of going hard. I think that part of it was that it was right before bedtime, so I was already tired. Still, it's all about taking it one day at a time and not punishing yourself or giving up after a bad day.
