ok,ok, already! I posted the evil "chocolate." I was going to just leave it off my diet log but that shows an untruthful picture and helps sabitages my goals.
Why do I have it you ask? Unfortunately for me my husband is a BIG
snacker and weighs the same 165 ponds as he did in High School.
Don't cross me off the serious list yet! It is the equivilent of one flat tire, I'll catch up, after all tomorrow starts with a clean plate.
Sign me up I'm ready to get serious again.
