Ok, after seeing my final intake totals for the day yesterday, I tried to change some of the things I was eating.

So, for breakfast I had a healthier cereal - Honey Bunches of Oats with Peaches and a hole banana

Lunch was a bowl of salad with chicken - no bread.

I have notices that my water intake isn't where it should be, I tried to increase that, but I don't just drink water, I drink iced tea. I am counting it as a water, but it also has sugar. Gotta get myself going with the crystal light.

This afternoon, around 4:30pm I went for a bike ride. I am at Noel's so I went from her house to Wawa and back. I stopped once on the way to fill up my tire with more air (still having issues with the tire pressure and what it is supposed to be) Then I got to Wawa, bought a gatorade. After finishing a bottle of water and a sip of the gatorade I headed back.

For dinner I had a chicken patty with tomato sauce and cheese blend (simple chicken parm) with a side of enriched pasta, broccoli, carrots, celery, green and red peppers.

So far on the support front...not so good. Today I did my own thing when I wanted and what I wanted to do. But the reactions I got from it was weren't what I was hoping for. Questioning by others for what I do for myself leaves me down. I have to figure out what kind of support I want specifically and go from there.

As for dessert, I am a bit down at the moment, so I feel the need to eat whatever I want. I have to be strong.

Good Luck - D
