To Way over weight

Hi, you are not alone. I have 50 ponds to get rid of to. I do a circuit
exercise but I found that riding the stationary bike forward and backward has helped. I have one of those new girdle things and I hope it
is not cheating, but I heard that good posture can help with weight loss.
Are you carb resistant? A low carb diet helps me but I also try to watch
my fat intake. I munch on Almonds and 100 cal. snacks.
My goal is to get down under the 200 pd thing and keep it off.
