Back on track, mostly.

I was pretty good yesterday, and I'm working on staying strong for the rest of the day. I think my cravings have definitely gone up, which is my body trying to gain back the weight I've lost so far. We're going into month two of the SlimFast 3-2-1 plan, and no real ill effects yet. I've heard that some people have trouble with it, but I've felt good the whole time thus far, and so has my SO. He's gone until Sunday, so I'll have the house mostly to myself.
