Slightly bragged on my progress. Welll bragged seems strong as I was less saying see what I have done I am better than you and more I am proud of myself. I think there is a difference by perception could say otherwise. I really like tracking the calories. I am very suprised at how quickly I can focus on eating better. I see I could use a bit more fiber and vitamins so I should concentrate on more veggies. I believe a glass of chocolate 2% milk and ants on a log will be a staple to curb hunger. Currently my plan is to stay focused all week so I know I have room to fall on the weekend when I am home and surrounded with opps to be weak. I also don't plan on working out on weekends right now but I will burn off doing yard work as much as possible.
