Kettle Bell Hell

Well, I think I have finally figured out this trend in exercise, yet I am eons away from mastering it. My elliptical broke...I guess I've been asking too much of it and it decided enough was enough.
My friend invited me to work out at her church, but after a long day at work it is so hard to get back in the car and go somewhere. Maybe I will start doing that soon, so I can get a good one-hour workout.
Now, the kettle bell...IT'S HARD!!!! The workout out I did is short but intense. I burned 193 calories in a matter of 10 minutes.
The aeorbics program on FitTV is getting on my nerves....! I love my elliptical, and Zumba, and think I can handle the 5lb kettlebell...just have to increase my endurance so I can workout longer.
Progress is when the numbers on the scale are getting smaller.
