Screw it...I'm not waiting until I find a Dr. this week to start! I can't stand being fat any longer. The 6 months that I have to being on a supervised plan is going to be long, but worth it in the end! I need to make changes and I need to make them now! I HATE going shopping and riding on those carts because it hurts and I get tired walking. I HATE not fitting on a roller coaster and I HATE that I feel all self conscious when someone looks at me. I also HATE thinking that someone is crazy when they say I'm hot. I HATE that I lack any motivation to go to Busch Gardens to walk around and take pictures...photography used to be a huge hobby of mine.
Clay is gone for a year..not doing this for him, but cant wait to see the look on his face when he gets home from McMurdo
