Hey everyone. So far so good. Since coming across fitclick and joining, I have decided to try the calorie counting concept. Been through alot as far as diets and exercise, from hardcore dieting to fad diets, but still looking at finding a way to balance life and health without sacraficing one for the other.

I am hoping that this is going to be the answer to my own personal ongoing weightloss as well as maintaining in the end. Not only doing this for myself but for others who may be following me from my own personal blog(www.rosyweightloss.blogspot.com).

Now that I have a pretty good idea as far as how many calories I should be taking in (healthly) for weightloss,  at a slow but steady pace, I feel as though I am one step closer to reaching my goal for good this time. My main goal is to find a way to do this, that is something I can carry on for my years to come.

I could have given up, but I havent, and I WILL NOT. I believe that together we CAN indeed make it and break this ongoing insanity regarding gaining and losing weight as long as we have the right tools to help us along the way. And i truely believe that this site fitclick might be one of the best ones yet! I am truely enjoying using it, and recommend it to those around me.
Thank you fit click and will be keeping everyone posted about my on going success while utalizing fitclick.

Lost 1 lb last week since starting, and even had a great weekend of splurging!
