61lbs gone

I have officially lost 61lbs but I am feeling a bit stuck right now. I am at 225lbs and I just can't get out of the 220's. My problem is I am doing too much snacking. Especially at work. I am an emotional eater and work can get stressful at times. I also need to ramp up my work out. It would be great if I could find someone to go to the gym with. I try to go 2 to 3 times a week and work out at home 2 to 3 times. Today started a new week and I ate less than the 1900 calories I need to lose weight. I can never get to my target fat, protein and calories but I always manage to eat enough or too much carbs. I think I am going to cut out carbs for dinner. Protein and veggies only. Will see what happens.
