Long Story short

Hello everyone,
So this is day one. I'm a 5th year at a big ten university, I came to college weighing about 170lbs , 17 and ready to party. Four years later I'm 21, a super senior, married and 220 lbs. Between work, class, sleeping and eating I don't do much. Now that I'm at my heaviest ever it's time for a change. I've tried diets, fail, fail and more fails. I figure why not journey to find out what's right for me. Starving myself and super counting is NOT something worth the while. Here I am, taking it one day at time and ready to start loosing wieght.
