The calorie intake

Today is thursday and I am struggling on what to have for breakfast. I had scrammbled eggs with butter and salt with a slice of white bread.

I was still hungry after I finished eating my food. Its driving me nuts. I dont know how many calories I need to consume. Does anybody have any advice on
what kinds of foods help you still full so that you dont crash later and want to grab a hamburger like I tend to do?
