I don't know what i'm doing wrong but i do know i am getting really mad!!!it seems like i make progress thru the week but on the w/e it goes to he** i still watch what i eat but the pounds i lost thru week come right back on Mon. Help what's going on? the only positive thing is i can feel the difference in my pants but why wont the scale move
