Day 4 and 5

Mother-in-law is here visiting so I am cooking more than I want. I still haven't started to exercise. I'm pretty scared that I won't be able to return from walking to the end of the block and back. I'm really glad that I have lost a couple of pounds, so when I have lost 10 lbs I'll walk. I know, this seems like a strange goal, however, it's at least a goal.
Day 4 - Be able to walk 3 miles a day by the end of 365 days.
Day 5 - To be able to go into an eating establishment and be able to fit inside a booth.
