WoW I never thought that I would make it this far!! LoL... I do have a home DVD that I try to use everyday and when I'm not using it (or even if I am using it), I will go for walks on my breaks/lunch when I'm at work... I have noticed that my intake of water has increased!! I'm glad that I have decided to do this whole weight loss in 4 stages.. That way when I get to a goal I will be happy and I will move on to the next :) I have been given alot of comments from people about how driven I am about losing weight :)
