its hard

Here i am again getting totally furstrated that im not down at least 5 pounds, just cant fiquire out what the problem is !!!!! i watch what i eat , don't drink pop or kool-aid , i excerise 4-5 days a week maybe i/m not burning enough calories because i work out with Mya my personal trainer on the wii game . i'm getting very depressed about this whole weight loss thing, i want to give up but i keep telling myself it will get better.
