It has taken 5 days to make the scale move at all, but I am down 1.5 pounds. My goal is 2 pounds a week. It has really helped to track all of my food. I can see that I am eating too much fat and not enough protein. I am going to tweak my foods next week. I think Lean Cuisines for lunch are not keeping me full until supper and have too much fat.
