Motivation

Ok, motivation is the key. I have been getting in my Curves workouts and making sure to do a little extra. Went for a walk 2 days in a row (even tried jogging a little although tough on the knees) and will be hiking tomorrow. I need to keep up with the hiking as we will be hiking Mt Washington in a couple of weeks. Yes, hiking not driving. Life is a little hectic with canning season upon us and trying to plan a Wedding and staying active. I can do it, only 10 lbs from my initial goal set back in January. I am considering losing another 5lbs once I reach that goal. well off to plan my meals for the day and then work out at Curves.
